Ingredients

8 oz. brick cheese, shredded
8 oz. onion and chive cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
assorted crackers

Directions:

Combine the brick cheese, cream cheese and hot pepper sauce; blend until smooth. Spread on crackers; warm in oven before serving or serve at room temperature.
