Baja Taco Salad

Ingredients

|

Colby-Jack cheese, shredded

prepared salsa

(3 oz.) shrimp
|
|
|

green onion, thinly sliced
|
|
|
Directions:
Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
